Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. General
   
   Melio Payments Inc. (“Melio”) is offering a US $100 online gift card (a “Reward”) for each Eligible Organization (as defined below), subject to the terms below. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Melio’s Terms of Service.
2. Eligible OrganizationsRewards
   To qualify for a Reward, the Organization must:
   
   • 2.1 Never have used the “Sync with Tax1099.com” feature on the Services prior December 15, 2025; and
   • 2.2 Synced their data using the “Sync with Tax1099.com” feature for the first time between December 15, 2025 and January 31, 2026 (a Tax1099.com account is required).
3. Limitations
   
   • 3.1 One (1) Reward per Organization.
   • 3.2 Only valid Organizations are eligible; Melio will determine eligibility at its sole discretion and subject to its Terms of Service.
   • 3.3 Melio may deny, rescind, or cancel Rewards for any reason or no reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation or misuse.
4. Process
   The Reward will be issued within 45 days of performing the actions under Section 2.2 of these terms, to the email address on file with Melio. Rewards may be issued using a third-party service.
   
5. Taxes, Use, and Third-Party Terms
   
   • 5.1 Reward recipients are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to the Reward. 
   • 5.2 Rewards are non-transferable and subject to applicable terms and conditions. 
   • 5.3 Melio is not responsible for the use, redemption, acceptance, or quality of the Reward, including any dissatisfaction with any purchase made using the Reward.
6. Changes and Termination
   
   • 6.1 Limited to 300 Rewards. Offer available while supplies last.
   • 6.2 Melio may modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice and for any reason or no reason.
7. Miscellaneous
   
   • 7.1 This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
   • 7.2 These terms constitute the entire agreement related to this promotion and supersede all prior communications or understandings.
   • 7.3 No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other.
   • 7.4 Melio’s failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
   • 7.5 If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
