General terms:
To be eligible to receive a reward, an existing Melio accountant user that has less than three clients onboarded to the accountant's Melio account must successfully onboard a new client to the Melio accountant's account, and such new onboarded client must then successfully initiate and complete at least one payment via the Melio platform of at least $200. The existing Melio accountant user may onboard up to two new clients that will be eligible for the promotion, and each new client that is eligible for the promotion and successfully completes the required payment will also receive a $100 reward. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
- The promotion will be open from April [__], 2022 until May [__], 2022, and all actions must be taken within the timeframe to be eligible for the reward.
- Each eligible accountant user may receive up to $200 in rewards, for up to two new onboarded clients. Each onboarded client that meets the eligibility criteria will receive a $100 reward. A maximum of two new onboarded clients per each accountant will be eligible for the promotion. The promotion will be open until 300 new clients are onboarded in aggregate and complete the eligibility criteria.
- Users affiliated with or associated with existing Melio accountants cannot participate in this promotion.
- Clients can’t pay accountants or themselves, and must make a bona fide business payment to an unaffiliated third party that complies with Melio’s Terms of Service. Only such eligible payments will be counted towards the promotion.
- Eligible accountants and clients will receive the reward by bank deposit to their bank account, as listed in their Melio account. Accountants and clients are responsible to ensure their bank account details are filled out and accurate.
- The promotion is open to U.S. businesses only.
- The promotion is subject to Melio’s Terms of Service.
- Melio reserves the right to end the promotion ahead of time or to make changes or additions to this promotion for any reason at any time, and reserves the right to withhold payment of rewards in case of fraud or abuse on the part of the Melio accountant user or its client.
- Melio is not responsible for any aspect of the business engagement between the Melio accountant user and its client(s).
