Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. General
    Melio Payments Inc. (“Melio”) is offering a US $200 online gift card (a “Reward”) for each Eligible Organization (as defined below), subject to the terms below. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Melio’s Terms of Service.
  2. ‍Eligible Organizations
    To qualify for a Reward, the Organization must:
    1. Book and complete a live demo of Melio’s services (the “Live Demo”);
    2. Be approved by Melio’s Go-To-Market (“GTM”) team as having successfully completed the Live Demo;
    3. Be qualified by Melio’s GTM team as a business owner or decision-maker, which is either an owner, founder, administrator, controller, C-level executive, VP/Director/Manager, or another senior role (“Business Owner/Decision-Maker”);
    4. Register for the Melio platform during or immediately following the Live Demo using valid business information, or be registered to the Melio Platform, provided that the Organization has not scheduled or completed a payment with Melio.
    5. A Business Owner/Decision-Maker must be over 18 years of age and a resident of the United States.
    6. Have a monthly minimum credit card spend of $10,000.
  3. Live Demo conditions
    1. The Live Demo must be booked via a designated campaign page, where a  Business Owner/Decision-Maker will be required to enter a coupon code;
    2. The Live Demo must take place between July 7, 2025 and October 6, 2025;
      The Business Owner/Decision-Maker who attends the Live Demo must be able to implement the Melio service in the Organization; and
    3. All participants’ cameras must be on for the entire duration of the Live Demo.
  4. Limitations
    1. One (1) Reward per Organization.
    2. Only valid Organizations are eligible; Melio will determine eligibility at its sole discretion and subject to its Terms of Service.
    3. Melio may deny, rescind, or cancel Rewards for any reason or no reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or misuse.
  5. Process
    The Reward will be issued within 45 days of the Live Demo to the email address on file with Melio. Rewards may be issued using a third-party service.
  6. Taxes, Use, and Third-Party Terms
    1. Reward recipients are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to the Reward. 
    2. Rewards are non-transferable and subject to applicable terms and conditions. 
    3. Melio is not responsible for the use, redemption, acceptance, or quality of the Reward, including any dissatisfaction with any purchase made using the Reward.
  7. Changes and Termination
    1. Limited to 100 Rewards. Offer available while supplies last.
    2. Melio may modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice and for any reason or no reason.
  8. Miscellaneous
    1. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
    2. These terms constitute the entire agreement related to this promotion and supersede all prior communications or understandings.
    3. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other.
    4. Melio’s failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
    5. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
