In order to be eligible for the Gift, you must complete a Melio review in the mentioned options and fill out this form (the “Form”) no later than September 1st, 2023 (Note: You need to complete the review AND fill out the form before September 1st, 2023).
The promotion is only available to Melio users with a shipment address in the United States.
Maximum available awards under this promotion: Only the first 70 reviewers who have complied with these terms will be eligible to receive the Gift. Each reviewer will be entitled to one (1) Gift.
In your review, you may rate Melio however you feel best, and the Gift will not be dependent on providing good reviews only. Please keep your review genuine, original and honest.

Melio will not bear any liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense that you may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with creating the review.

MELIO TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY REVIEW CONTENT UPLOADED, POSTED, PUBLISHED, AND MADE AVAILABLE BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY AS PART OF THE CAMPAIGN, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THERETO, NOR IS MELIO LIABLE FOR ANY MISTAKES, DEFAMATION, LIBEL, FALSEHOODS OR OBSCENITIES YOU OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY MAY ENCOUNTER AS PART OF THE CAMPAIGN.
Melio may use your reviews for its promotional and other legitimate business purposes, provided that such use will not misrepresent or alter the content of your review.
Melio reserves the right to end the promotion ahead of time or to make changes or additions to this promotion for any reason at any time, and reserves the right to withhold a gift box from any reviewer at its sole discretion.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without reference to conflict of laws principles, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement is hereby submitted to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of New York.
