For the third year in a row, Melio is proud to invite women in engineering to participate in our Mentorship program, designed to bring women together for conversations, networking, idea sharing, and advice.

Our mission? Help junior engineers on their journey to a successful career path.

The program is a collaboration between Melio and BAOT Community and is led by women in senior engineering roles. This is the third year the program takes place.

Requirements
Women in engineering with 1-3 years of experience.
Mentee commitment
Events in Melio’s TLV office: 
  • Opening event in TLV: Sunday, 3.3.24, 6pm-9pm.
  • Closing event in TLV: Sunday, 30.6.24 6pm-9pm.
4 mentoring sessions
  • 1 hour long with your mentor.
  • The sessions could be over Zoom or face to face.
Meetups: 
  • 7 meetups at Melio’s Tel Aviv office.
After applying, candidates will be invited to an interview. 
If accepted to the program, you’ll get all the information, including event and meetup dates and topics.

Women in engineering with at least 6 years of experience.
Mentor commitment
2 face to face gatherings
  • Opening event in TLV: Sunday, 3.3.24, 6pm-9pm.
  • Closing event in TLV: Sunday, 30.6.24 6pm-9pm.
4 mentoring sessions
  • 1 hour long with your mentee.
  • The sessions could be over Zoom or face to face.
1 face to face meetup
  • Where? At our office - HaArbaa 28 st TLV, 32nd floor.
  • When? Sunday, 19.5.24, 6pm-9pm.
