For the second year in a row, Melio is proud to invite women in engineering to participate in our Mentorship program, designed to bring women together for conversations, networking, idea sharing, and advice.

Our mission? Help junior engineers on their journey to a successful career path.

The program is a collaboration between Melio and BAOT Community and is led by women in senior engineering roles. This is the second year the program takes place.

Requirements
Women in engineering with 1-3 years of experience.
Mentee commitment
Events in Melio’s TLV office: 
  • Opening event in TLV: Monday 13.3.23. 
  • Closing event in TLV: Monday, 26.6.23.
1x1 sessions:
  • Four 1-hour sessions with your mentor.
  • Sessions will be held over Zoom or face-to-face.
Meetups: 
  • 7 meetups at Melio’s Tel Aviv office.
After applying, candidates will be invited to an interview. 
If accepted to the program, you’ll get all the information, including event and meetup dates and topics.

Women in engineering with at least 6 years of experience.
Mentor commitment
  • Opening event in TLV: Monday 13.3.23.
  • Closing event in TLV: Monday, 26.6.23.
1x1 sessions:
  • Four 1-hour-long sessions with your mentee.
  • The sessions can be held on Zoom or face-to-face.
Roundtable sessions: 
  • Gather with fellow mentors to build your 1-on-1 mentee sessions.
  • Two sessions at the TLV office.
