Step 2
Choose a payment
method
Pay by credit card, debit card, or an ACH bank transfer–even if your vendors only accept checks.
Step 3
Choose a delivery
method
Your vendor chooses how to get paid–by ACH or we can send a check on your behalf. They don’t even need a Melio account to get paid.

Once you connect Melio and QuickBooks Online, things are smooth sailing.
What syncs?

Vendor details

Melio pulls unpaid payments and vendor info from QB, so you don’t have to manually enter vendor details.

Outgoing payments

After you’ve scheduled a payment, your QB account will be updated with payment details.

Incoming payments

When invoices are paid in full via a payment request, they are synced back to QB and marked as paid in both accounts.

Melio makes it easier to run your business.

Payment flexibility

Choose the payment method that works best for you– ACH bank transfer (for free) or credit or debit card (2.9% fee). No matter how you pay, your vendor still gets paid their way–by check or ACH.

Approval workflows

Set up payment responsibilities for your team so you’re always on top of who is managing which payments. Stay in control of the process while easily achieving transparency, maintaining timely payment cycles, and avoiding disparities due to manual approval processes.

Pay with a credit card

Get up to 45 extra days to hold onto cash. How? By paying your business bills with a credit card, even where cards aren’t accepted.* Vendors get paid in full, on time, while you only pay when your credit card bill is due. Plus, you can earn rewards such as cashback and airplane miles.
